This is a one-time agreement. After signing it, you'll be emailed a copy and a link to purchase all future sessions.

Our Commitment to Each Other

• Punctuality. We agree to be on time for our sessions.
• Preparedness. We agree to be in a quiet space free of distractions during our sessions. This includes both of us being sober during our sessions.
• Mutual respect. We agree to respect  privacy, feelings, and our time.
• Commitment to the process. It's recommended that you complete your assigned homework and pre-work to gain the maximum value from our time together .
• Commitment to privacy. Everything that we share in your sessions is held in strict confidence and I guarantee your privacy. The only exception is that I must report child abuse or any attempts at extreme self-harm. In those very rare cases, I promise to handle reporting with respect for everyone involved.

Coaching Disclaimer

As your vocal coach, personal issues or circumstances may come up in our confidential interactions. Kindly note that I am not a substitute for a licensed mental, behavioural, or medical health professional. Coaching is a paraprofessional practice that provides education and support.

Administrative Policies

• Payment is due before the session is scheduled. Single sessions should be booked 48 hrs in advance, if possible.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Students must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Notice can be given via phone, Whatsapp, email, or IM. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and count as a used lesson in the package, except in cases of emergency (e.g., illness, family crisis).
• Refund Eligibility: Students may request a full refund for unused lessons in a package within 7 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been taken.
• Partial Refund: After the 7-day period or if lessons have started, students may request a refund for remaining unused lessons, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing costs and administrative time.
• Late Cancellation Fee: If a student cancels with less than 24 hours' notice (except in emergencies), the lesson is forfeited and counts as used. If a refund is requested for remaining lessons after a late cancellation, the refund will be reduced by the value of the forfeited lesson plus the 10% administrative fee.
• No Refund: Lessons already taken or forfeited due to late cancellation are non-refundable.
• Processing Fees: Please note that payment processing fees charged by our payment provider are non-refundable. In cases where a full refund is issued, these fees (typically 2-4% of the transaction) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Copyright and Ownership

• All learning materials provided by Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching are copyrighted and owned by  Veronica Start or licensors. These materials include, but are not limited to, texts, images, videos, audio files, slides, and any other form of educational content.
• Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the educational materials for personal, educational purposes only. 
• This license is subject to the following conditions:

 Clients are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the learning materials in any form or by any means without prior written permission from Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching.
• Distributing, selling, sharing, or otherwise disseminating the materials to others, whether in digital or physical form.
• Uploading or making available the materials on public or private platforms, including but not limited to, social media, file-sharing sites, or personal websites.
• Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching reserves the right to enforce these terms through legal means if necessary. Violation of these terms may lead to legal action for copyright infringement, where applicable.
• By accessing, downloading, or using any of the educational materials, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
• Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the materials after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Acceptance of these Terms

By checking the box below, you agree to accept responsibility for the process, content, and outcome of your Vocal Coaching sessions, and willingly agree to the following:

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Veronica Start (Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching) their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand, or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have to arise out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself as a result of the advice given or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement, or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, and assigns.

Soul Singer Assertiveness Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the materials after such notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
