Hello, my friends!
I hope hints of spring are at your doorstep, teasing you with impending blooms and joyful sunshine. It's been such a gloomy week in Vancouver, and I'm doing my best to will some joy into existence!
And yes, I realize it’s been a while since I last graced your inboxes. While I appreciate not being labeled a spammer, I certainly don’t want to leaving you hanging! My trusty team of one has been working diligently behind the scenes to create content that uplifts and empowers singers, and I’m thrilled to share my updates with you!
New Web Design
Ahhhh! I feel rejuvenated with my new theme and menu design. It’s subtle, elegant, and a touch luxurious—just like I aspire to be! (Well, maybe.) It took quite a bit of effort to streamline the navigation, and I hope this makes it easier for everyone to explore my content.
The Mastering Stage Fright Mind Map
You can now find my article, *The United States of Stage Fright*, in my Singer Resource area. As someone who enjoys taking a holistic approach to singing, I understand that not everyone has the time to read lengthy articles—no matter how many cute cartoons I sprinkle in. That's why I created a mind map to simplify the information.
To snag the PDF of this mind map, the linked form will ask for your email addy again. Don't worry, you won't be double spammed. ;-) - the form will help me know you're interested in this kind of content.
The Mastering Stage Fright Mind Map

Now, we all know you have to "relax and believe in yourself," but how exactly do we do that? Our thought patterns can be deeply ingrained and quite intrusive. Understanding the science behind our fear responses can be surprisingly therapeutic. Imagine feeling anxious and trapped in a familiar loop of despair, but then you pause and remind yourself, "Ah, that’s just my nervous system trying to protect me—I have a plan!"
This mind map provides you with a real action plan, even if you don't read the entire article.
The Mastering Stage Fright Workbook
If you're looking for step-by-step support to create your ‘master performance plan’, The Mastering Stage Fright Workbook will guide you every step of the way! It sells for $14.99 CAD but since we're already friends, here's a special 20% discount code SFWB2025 (expires March 20, 2025).
